This website presents the TV Schedule for the Al Jazeera Sports channels not only in Arabic language, but also in English.
Al Jazeera Sports is broadcasting 11 channels; 2 free-to-air, 8 pay-tv standard definition and 1 pay-tv high definition channels, via satellite over the Middle East and Northern Africa. The main focus of the broadcasts is soccer; European and local, as can be seen from the schedule.
The channel "+3" usually have studio discussions before and after the matches in English language, but note that on all 11 channels most European matches are broadcasted with commentary in both Arabic and English (selectable from the satellite receiver). Wikipedia maintains a good up-to-date list of the sports covered, which essentially includes all top European soccer apart from the English Premier League.
The Al Jazeera package is retailed at price of about $70, or €50, per year - which must be considered excellent value.
